  1. This is great stuff! I actually study liver regeneration and in our field the ‘myth of Prometheus’ is a big deal. I never thought this could be so funny. Can I use a couple of your comic strips in my talks?

    thanks,
    UA

  2. Sure, UA, be my guest.
I never knew the liver could actually regenerate! I wonder if the ancient Greeks were aware of this. Anyone out there know the answer?

  3. Liver has the best known regenerative capacity of any of the solid organs. It has been studied in great detail for last 70 years or so. As you mentioned all the liver regeneration people believe that ancient Greeks did know that liver regenerates. amazing isn’t it? Thanks for letting me use your comic. You will be soon famous in the scientific community.
